Each project is planned from the ground floor up, dining, amenity, shared spaces, and the operators who run them are just as considered as the design of the homes above.
By the time a resident arrives, the building is already beaming with life.

The Skoullos family's development practice
GENEVA was founded by Ken, Zoe and Andreas. A family whose working life has been spent mastering hospitality with decades of supplying kitchens, running them, and building the businesses around them.
Projects followed as it's continuation, drawing on the same instincts that shape a good restaurant: how people arrive, where they gather, and what they take with them when they leave.
