Geneva takes its name from an early word for estuary — the mouth of a river, where separate waters meet. Residences, hospitality, and wellness, developed by one practice.
A practice that designs, curates, and retains what it builds.
Most developers sell and leave. We hold apartments in our buildings, and we hold the tenancies at their base.
Considered places that improve the quality of everyday life.
Lifestyle
Residences that arrive resolved. Volume, light, and surface settled; furnishing left to the resident.
Hospitality
Shared and commercial spaces held to the standard of a private home. Planned, not leased at settlement.
Design
Materials are chosen to read better in year ten than at completion. The apartments are designed twice, once for the buyer and once for us.
Wellness
Not a room or an amenity. Orientation, aperture, and air, decided in the first months of design.
